  • Greet and welcome students, staff and campus guest
  • Answer incoming phone calls to campus and direct them to the appropriate department, area or service
  • Provide support and assist to admissions/recruiting staff as required
  • Provide tours and guidance to campus guest

  • Ability to deliver outstanding customer service to students and campus guest
  • Able to work in a fast past environment

Qualifications
  • Successful candidate must be able to sit stationary for extended periods of time
  • Candidate maybe required to walk for intermediate distances when required
  • Must be a current IWCC student and in good academic standing
