Position Overview

The Estimator & Bidding Associate is responsible for managing & executing company estimates, bids, quote approvals, & equipment/material ordering.

This role sits at the center of operations, sales, and profitability.

You will ensure:

Quotes are accurate.
Orders are correct.

Projects move forward without delays.


This is a high-accountability position directly impacting revenue and company performance.


Primary Responsibilities


Estimating & Bidding

Prepare and manage project estimates
Review job scope, labor requirements, & material costs.

Build accurate proposals aligned with company pricing standards.

Coordinate with operations, sales, & technicians for scope clarity.

Submit bids within required timelines.


Ordering & Project Execution Support

Manage ordering of approved equipment & materials
Verify correct job specifications.

Coordinate with General Contractors & Subcontractors.

Track ETAs and communicate delays proactively.

Ensure jobs are properly staged for execution.


Process & Accountability

Follow company estimating procedures.
Improve speed & accuracy of quote turn around.

Maintain organized documentation & records.

Qualifications

1+ years estimating, bidding for Stucco & EIFS or 5+ years as Stucco/EIFS applicator.

Comfortable managing deadlines & multiple projects at the same time.

Strong communication & decision-making skills.

Experience in construction, specifically Stucco, EIFS, Dryvit Systems, Sto Systems & Senergy Systems.
