Work Flexibility: Field-based
What You Will Do
As a Stryker Spine Enabling Technologies Sales Representative, you will strategically promote and sell medical device solutions, including Stryker Spine & Cranial Navigation, Imaging Systems, and Surgical Planning Software. Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth, develop customer relationships, and support surgical teams in the operating room. You thrive in a high-performance environment and find purpose in selling Stryker products that are making healthcare better.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts by delivering excellent service and building trusted partnerships.

  • Confidently conduct product evaluations in the operating room and office settings, persuasively demonstrating the value of our products.

  • Educate and train surgeons, nurses, and clinical staff on the proper use, care, and maintenance of Stryker's Enabling Technologies products.

  • Analyze sales performance and territory data using CRM tools to develop growth strategies and action plans.

  • Collaborate and communicate wins, insights, and challenges with your Regional Sales Manager and cross-functional teams.

  • Deliver exceptional customer support during surgical procedures and be on-call to meet urgent needs.

What You Need
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or 6 years of equivalent professional work experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5+ years of B2B sales or medical device sales experience with a track record of achieving or exceeding quotas.

  • Prior experience in operating room sales support or clinical selling environments.

Additional Information
  • Must be able to lift and transport up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently.

  • This position may require handling medical instruments exposed to bodily fluids; compliance with all OSHA safety standards is mandatory.

  • Travel is required within the assigned territory; may include some overnight stays and on-call responsibilities.

  • Must have a valid driver's license

This role is 100% commission and is eligible for bonuses + benefits.
