The role will take place onsite at our Rehabilitation Facility in Winchester, VA. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to determine their physical therapy needs and formulate effective treatment plans accordingly.
  • Administer a wide range of therapeutic interventions tailored to individual patients, incorporating techniques that align with evidence-based practices in orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.
  • Implement individualized rehabilitation programs while closely monitoring patient progress and adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Provide in-home therapeutic care when applicable, ensuring that treatment aligns precisely with the physician’s plan, allowing for continuity of care.
  • Engage in effective communication with patients and their caregivers, educating them about their conditions and treatment approaches.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service at all times, contributing to a positive patient experience and the overall operational success of the clinic.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes through integrated approaches to rehabilitation.
  • Meet or exceed established utilization goals and other key performance indicators set forth by the organization.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) with accreditation from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program.

Preferred Experience
