Field Service Representative - (Press Brakes) - Seattle, WA (Job ID: 1317). Our Field Service Technicians enjoy working hands-on with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems that comprise our metal fabrication machines. Our field service positions are home based but require an individual who is accustomed to at least 75% travel.

Technicians will provide customer and product service via preventative and corrective maintenance in accordance with policies, principles and procedures established by Cincinnati Incorporated. Our Field Service Technicians are provided a company vehicle, paid training. Duties and Responsibilities: ESSENTIAL: Prioritize, schedule and complete machine service for customers Prepare and submit documentation for efficient invoicing Maintain company property for safe operation and maximum life Efficiently manage business expenses to maximize profitability Perform routine maintenance on equipment and assist in the establishment of the preventative maintenance schedules with customers Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Characteristics, etc.

REQUIRED: Knowledge of electrical, mechanical and hydraulic principles Strong diagnostics and technical aptitude Ability to work independently with little supervision Able to travel overnight at least 75%, at times Superb Communication Skills with an emphasis on customer service Strong PC and organizational skills Physical Demands and Work Environment: The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
