  • 1st Shift: Mon - Fri, 8:30pm - 5pm
  • Overtime based on business needs
  • On-call rotation, required

What you will do

As the Surgical Case Coordinator, you will be instrumental in ensuring Stryker's clients have the medical devices needed to make healthcare better. You will also be responsible for the smooth running of a logistics operation, managing inventory by supporting the Sales Department.

  • Responsible for last inspection of products to ensure accuracy and to meet the needs of our customers
  • Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors
  • Ensure on-time, complete, and accurate delivery of products to Stryker's customers
  • Achieve operational excellence via team-based and product-focused orientation, capacity planning, continuous improvement, safety awareness, and cost reduction to be implemented, so timely, accurate deliveries are produced
  • Build relationships with Sales Reps and Sales Managers to track and manage inventory levels at client sites
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders (Distribution, Field Operations, Sales Reps and Sales Managers) by collaborating in optimizing the supply chain
  • Work to achieve an environment that is free of safety hazards and improper ergonomic conditions while driving employee commitment to use safe work practices every day
  • Accountable for all record-keeping as appropriate and in accordance with Stryker specifications

What you need

Required

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Five (5) years of relevant professional experience
  • Valid Driver's license with no restrictions
  • Ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend(s) and evening(s) as needed
  • Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.

Preferred

  • Experience in logistics, inventory, delivery, and customer service
