Job Scope

Under general supervision, follows established procedures to ensure US shipments and associated priorities are completed daily.

Responsibilities

  • Generate, pull, package and label deliveries for outbound shipments.
  • Perform inventory movements within the warehouse, such as replenishments, returns, and incoming finished goods.
  • Analyze shipping volumes; open customer orders and priorities to ensure on time delivery.
  • Interact with US Business Services representatives and other customers, couriers and freight forwarders to ensure all shipments are completed in a timely matter.
  • Perform inventory audits when necessary; document and reconcile internal and external errors as reported.
  • Understand department metrics to support and participate in process improvements.
  • Operate and maintain shipping equipment.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school Diploma or GED required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior warehouse and shipping experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to produce results, prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, set a good example for others, project a positive, professional demeanor at all times.
  • Highly detail-oriented and self-motivated with good organization skills and habits.
  • Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas.
  • Computer literacy required and experience with MS Office suite preferred (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Ability to learn and adapt to change.
  • Efficient problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with SyteLine/SyteLean and SAP preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, maintain composure and adhere to daily deadlines.
  • Can read, write and speak English fluently.
  • Ability to work independently, within a team structure and with other departments.
