The Technology Project Manager is responsible for all sizes and types of projects from concept to completion of construction with the benefit of in-house coordination with multiple other disciplines. You will lead the project in all facets by interfacing with clients, providing technical excellence, and managing the project team and schedule to achieve a successful project outcome. TLC provides a defined career path and training at all levels.


Qualifications You'll Need:

A minimum of 9 years of experience in the architectural engineering consulting environment

Engineer expertise in the

structured cabling systems, security, audio visual, public address-voice evacuation, distributed antenna systems, etc.

Knowledge of construction costs and life cycle analysis

Experience managing small projects and / or functioning as the secondary point of contact on larger projects

Ability to schedule and manage tasks for the technology discipline

Demonstrated success in technical / formal communication with clients and staff

Proven ability to represent the technology discipline at meetings

Preferred Qualifications:

RCDD, CTS-D, PSP, CPTED, PMP, or similar credential or in process of preparing for exam
