Cable Technician – 1st Shift | Contract-to-Hire Opportunity

Are you an experienced cabling technician looking for a long-term opportunity? We're seeking dependable, hands-on technicians with structured cabling and termination experience to join a growing team supporting healthcare and hospital facilities.

1st Shift

6-Month Contract-to-Hire

What You'll Be Doing
  • Pulling, routing, and dressing CAT5, CAT6, and Fiber optic cabling
  • Performing cable terminations and punch-downs
  • Installing structured cabling systems according to industry standards
  • Assisting with the installation of network infrastructure, racks, j-hooks, and support systems
  • Supporting technology and cabling projects within healthcare environments
  • Working alongside Senior Installers to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently
  • Meeting production goals while maintaining high-quality workmanship
Required Experience

✅ Previous experience with structured cabling

✅ CAT5/CAT6 cable installation and termination

✅ Fiber optic cabling experience preferred

✅ Punch-down and cable testing experience

✅ Ability to use basic hand tools (must provide your own tools)

✅ Reliable transportation and strong attendance record

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
