What does a Restoration Project Manager (RPM) with Paul Davis do?
  • Lead residential and commercial restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate and manage skilled trades, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects moving efficiently
  • Serve homeowners and business owners during challenging times, providing clear communication and dependable support
  • Monitor project scope, budgets, and timelines to ensure jobs are completed on target and within expectations
  • Problem-solve in real time, adapting to changing conditions on active job sites

RPM's work with homeowners, in-house carpenters and sub-contractors after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial properties.
