Weโ€™re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex structured cabling and integrated systems projects from initiation through successful closeout.

This is a great opportunity for a strong project leader with a background in telecommunications, structured cabling, low voltage, or integrated systems who is comfortable managing large-scale projects, subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and customer relationships.


What Youโ€™ll Do:

โ€ข Lead projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and contract requirements are met

โ€ข Manage project resources, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams

โ€ข Develop and execute installation strategies using industry best practices

โ€ข Manage different contract types, including Lump Sum, GMP/Cost Plus, Unit Price, Design-Build/Design-Assist, and Time & Material

โ€ข Identify change events and drive effective change management

โ€ข Partner closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery

โ€ข Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement

โ€ข Monitor project performance and proactively address risks, schedule impacts, and resource needs


What Weโ€™re Looking For:

โ€ข 7โ€“10+ years of experience managing structured cabling and/or integrated systems projects

โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered

โ€ข Strong experience managing complex construction or telecommunications projects

โ€ข Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, budgets, schedules, and contractual requirements

โ€ข Knowledge of construction technology platforms, quality standards, and safety requirements

โ€ข Strong understanding of change management and project controls

โ€ข BICSI RCDD, BICSI RTPM, or PMP is preferred

โ€ข Additional BICSI certifications are a plus

โ€ข Willingness and ability to travel overnight as required
