About the Role: As a Structural Engineering Project Manager, you will manage structural engineering projects from planning through construction while coordinating project teams, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with company quality standards. This role combines technical engineering expertise with project management responsibilities and serves as a key contributor to successful project delivery.


Responsibilities:


  • Project Management: Manage structural engineering projects from proposal through construction while maintaining scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations.
  • Technical Execution: Perform structural engineering design, analysis, and preparation of calculations, drawings, and construction documents for a variety of project types.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate the work of Project Engineers, Designers, and EITs while providing day-to-day technical guidance and support.
  • Client Management: Maintain effective client communication throughout the project lifecycle while supporting repeat business opportunities.
  • Quality: Review project deliverables for technical accuracy and compliance with company standards prior to issuance.
