Are you a recent Civil or Structural Engineering graduate looking to launch your career in project management within the engineering and construction industry? An established consulting organization in Irvine is seeking a motivated entry-level professional to support project coordination efforts across a variety of engineering and infrastructure-related projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain exposure to project management, client coordination, scheduling, and multidisciplinary engineering projects in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the coordination and tracking of engineering and construction-related projects
  • Support senior project managers with scheduling, documentation, and communication
  • Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and clients throughout project phases
  • Participate in project meetings and assist with follow-up action items
  • Review project documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Conduct occasional local site visits within Southern California
  • Help maintain project timelines, deliverables, and internal reporting
  • Support the continued growth and operations of the project management team

Qualifications
