▸   Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment, establish schedules and budgets, and communicate design changes clearly throughout the project lifecycle

▸   Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and agencies while developing technical reports, proposals, scopes of work, and fee estimates that address client needs and project requirements

▸   Supervise, mentor, and lead engineering and support staff while providing QA/QC oversight of structural analysis and guiding the team through complex technical challenges

Qualifications

▸   Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required; Professional Engineer (PE) license required; PMP certification, Envision certification, and/or Master's degree a plus

▸   10+ years of experience in structural design and plan production with demonstrated experience on land development and public works projects including bridges, water/wastewater facilities, and miscellaneous structures

▸   Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

▸   Proficiency in structural analysis software such as RISA, STAAD, and/or MIDAS required; working knowledge of MicroStation preferred
