Job description

Are you a skilled leader with expertise in asphalt and seal coating? Do you enjoy planning, managing, and executing projects while working in a dynamic outdoor environment? Pacific Facility Solutions is looking for a full-time Parking Lot Seal Coat - Line Striper to join our team repairing, sealing and re-striping parking lots. Most of our work is in Whatcom, Skagit, Snohomish and King Counties. Earn $25-$40 per hour, depending on experience, and enjoy benefits after 6 months of employment such as:

DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?

  • 18+ years old
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
  • MUST have minimum 1+ years of experience in asphalt maintenance
  • Great communication skills
  • Experienced with the means and methods necessary to execute the project
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Knowledgeable in precast wheel stop installation, crack seal, paint striping, and other pavement markings
  • Willingness to work outdoors and in all types of weather
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to perform other pavement-related services
  • Ability to apply sealer by broom and spray application
  • Ability to use gas power tools and power tools
  • Ability to work 6 days per week with weekends and overtime, when needed
  • Ability to understand and speak in both English and Spanish is preferred

As a Parking Lot Seal Coat - Line Striper, you take charge of every project, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. You oversee preparation work, including shoveling, raking, sweeping, and other general labor tasks. You manage setup and cleanup, provide labor support as needed, and direct traffic to maintain a safe work environment. You monitor supply temperatures, perform equipment and vehicle maintenance, and ensure every project meets Pacific Facility Solutions' high standards.
