Behavioral Interventionist
Early Strides Child Development Centers, LLC is looking for several engaging, assertive, confident, and energetic self-starting individuals with a passion to help children. Early Strides is a state certified nonpublic agency that provides behavior intervention for students with disabilities in the school or home setting.
Job Description:
- Implement evidenced based ABA treatment programs specifically designed for students with identified special needs
- Participate, as a team member, to maintain a safe and respectful environment for the student
- Ensure integrity of program implementation by following the behavior plan, collecting accurate data and providing daily documentation
- Attend mandatory trainings
- Provide ongoing and accurate feedback to the Behavioral Supervisor
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- Prior experience working with individuals with special needs
- Previous work experience with provision of ABA, positive behavior supports and crisis intervention for individuals with emotional disabilities in the school setting is preferred
Work hours:
- Full-time, Part-time and sub opportunities are now available
- Hours of operation range from 7:30 am – 3:50 pm
- Several openings throughout the Los Angeles Unified School District catchment area (Valley, Los Angeles and South Bay)
