We are looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer who excels in customer service, is a skilled problem solver, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is a positive, self-motivated team player. As a member of our team, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent service and top-tier installations to our valued residential customers.

What You'll Do:

  • Install air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, duct systems, and accessories (air filters, thermostats, etc.) for residential customers.
  • Lead, mentor, and train HVAC installers and apprentices, ensuring high-quality and efficient installations.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and answering questions throughout the installation process.
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures, adhering to local building codes and regulations.
  • Test and inspect HVAC systems after installation to confirm proper functioning.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
  • Comfort working in tight spaces, including climbing ladders and bending to access equipment.
