Job description

We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Parking Lot Street Sweeper Operator to maintain clean, safe, and attractive commercial parking lots and surrounding areas throughout the Fayetteville, NC area. The ideal candidate will operate street sweeping equipment, remove debris, and perform routine inspections while providing excellent service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate mechanical street sweeping equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Sweep parking lots, parking garages, roadways, sidewalks, and commercial properties.
  • Remove trash, leaves, dirt, gravel, and other debris from designated areas.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance, including checking fluids, tire pressure, and cleaning equipment.
  • Report mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly.
  • Follow assigned routes and schedules while maintaining productivity.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies, traffic laws, and OSHA regulations.
  • Maintain accurate daily work logs and inspection reports.
  • Interact professionally with customers, property managers, and the public.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Valid North Carolina driver's license (CDL preferred but not required, depending on equipment).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Physical Requirements:
