Opening / Selling Statement - We are currently looking for a Senior Salesforce Platform Architect to join their team in Englewood, CO. This position will focus on supporting Boeing Digital with the development of critical external customer self-service and internal team capabilities for a global organization.
Required Skills - Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and declarative customization tools, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
Job Duties - Lead the design and implementation of scalable and extensible Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements and best practices.
Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions, including data model design, system integrations, custom development, and security considerations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline development processes, enhance productivity, and maximize the value of Salesforce investments.
Provide technical expertise and professional experience to assist the team in planning, estimation, and scheduling tasks.
Works with Solution Architect to define end-to-end solutions
Requirements Gathering, analyzing business needs and translating them into Salesforce solution requirements.
Contribute to leadership of the technical teams work on the Salesforce CRM platform, with ability to coach, contribute to and establish best practices and assure quality solutions.
Determine process improvements, best practices, develop new processes by collaborating with the team and the architects.
Resolve complex issues by recommending and employing practical, efficient, and permanent technical solutions.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
7+ years' Salesforce Experience
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and declarative customization tools.
Extensive experience in designing and implementing Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
Strong proficiency in Salesforce data modeling, schema design, and data migration techniques.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira.
Experience leading the development of critical customer facing Web sites
Salesforce platform and development experience
Working experience and knowledge of end-to-end system delivery from design, development, integrations, data migration, transition into production operations
Proficient in data modeling, design patterns and Salesforce platform org limitations
Broad experience designing, programming, and implementing large enterprise systems
Strong solution design and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information systems or related fields / experience
Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Copado, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems such as Git is a plus.
Relevant Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Application Architect, System Architect and Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
Experience in the B2B and B2C software support domain (eg. Self-service approaches, customer facing support capabilities via applications and/or portals/websites)
Vendor management (primary contact to drive results of a blended team)
Management of a technology team a plus
Project / Program management experience a plus
Aviation experience a plus
Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
