Job Summary:
TERREPOWER is a leader in sustainable manufacturing, focused on extending the life of essential products in the automotive and industrial markets. The Senior Product Manager โ€“ New Service Parts (NSP) is responsible for developing and managing new product lines to drive category growth and revenue expansion while collaborating with various teams to execute product strategies.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Develop and execute product line strategies that outperform market benchmarks
โ€ข Build product roadmaps informed by industry trends, emerging OEM technologies, market intelligence, and customer insights
โ€ข Identify, evaluate, and launch new product opportunitiesโ€”including accessories and complementary partsโ€”across turbos, BEV/hybrid auxiliary systems, commercial vehicles, and collision
โ€ข Lead new products through the NPI process, assessing market feasibility, demand, competitive landscape, and optimal aftermarket entry timing
โ€ข Drive sample procurement, support R&D technical validation, and ensure onโ€‘time execution of launch milestones
โ€ข Create clear, dataโ€‘driven business cases for new products, capital investments, and strategic initiatives
โ€ข Deliver forecast accuracy through disciplined demand modeling and analysis
โ€ข Conduct competitive and financial analysis, including pricing, product gaps, margin opportunities, and profitability
โ€ข Partner with Commercial teams to develop customer-specific solutions and capture new business
โ€ข Support strategic sourcing and supplyโ€‘chain resilience initiatives, including diversification outside mainland China
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred).
โ€ข 5โ€“7+ years of experience in Product Management within automotive aftermarket, remanufacturing, or related technical industries.
โ€ข Demonstrated success launching and managing product lines with measurable revenue impact.
โ€ข Strong analytical, financial modeling, and competitive analysis skills.
โ€ข Proven ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
โ€ข Experience working crossโ€‘functionally with sourcing, engineering, quality, and commercial teams.
โ€ข Experience in powertrain, turbocharger systems, BEV/hybrid components, or heavy โ€‘ duty/commercial parts.
โ€ข Knowledge of aftermarket data suppliers and competitive intelligence tools.
โ€ข Background supporting NPI (New Product Introduction), NPL (New Product Launch), or structured product โ€‘ launch processes.
โ€ข Experience with supplier diversification and global sourcing strategies.
