HIP, a leader in orthodontic marketing and growth strategies, seeks a dynamic Marketing Strategist to collaborate with partners on innovative digital marketing strategies. In this role, you'll manage extensive partner communications, facilitate training calls, and provide strategic digital marketing guidance to help partners achieve their growth goals. This role has base pay plus commission based on retention of assigned accounts.

OVERVIEW:

As a Marketing Account Strategist, you'll play a pivotal role in coaching and collaborating with practice owners to optimize digital marketing strategies and maximize ROI. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Problem-Solving: Address partner concerns, including lead quality, ad spend optimization, CRM training, website updates, SEO strategies, front desk and team training, and diagnosing CRM issues. Your ability to think critically and provide clear, actionable recommendations will be key to your success.
  • Coaching Through Marketing Reviews: Conduct 10-15 weekly calls with practice owners to review marketing performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable strategies. You'll proactively solve challenges, offer tailored training, and ensure partners understand how to drive their marketing results forward.
  • Email Communication Management: Handle 25-30 daily emails covering a variety of partner inquiries. This requires exceptional attention to detail, coordination with internal HIP teams, and a solutions-oriented approach to ensure partners receive timely and comprehensive responses.

This role is designed for a skilled communicator and strategic thinker who thrives on building strong partnerships, guiding practice owners to success, and delivering measurable marketing impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and Drive Digital Marketing Strategies: Collaborate closely with partners to identify opportunities, create tailored strategies for paid search, social media marketing, SEO, and web performance, and ensure efforts align with driving measurable ROI.
  • Partner Management: Manage relationships with up to 40 partners simultaneously, ensuring personalized support and high-value communication across multiple platforms, including email, SMS (via CRM), phone calls, Zoom, and Slack.
  • Strategic Training Facilitation: Lead training calls with confidence, equipping partners and their teams with the knowledge and tools to execute and optimize digital marketing efforts effectively.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign performance and partner feedback, leveraging insights to refine strategies that continuously maximize results and ROI.
  • Tech-Savvy Execution: Utilize multiple software tools, such as CRMs (HighLevel), project management systems (ClickUp), and analytics platforms, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and communications.
  • Time Management and Prioritization: Effectively juggle a high volume of tasks, pivoting quickly when needed while maintaining clear communication with internal teams to ensure all projects stay on track.

  • 3+ years of proven experience optimizing strategies to achieve measurable results across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, web performance, and social media marketing. Demonstrated ability to craft and refine campaigns that drive growth and deliver ROI.
  • Must be highly motivated, self-driven, and passionate about using digital marketing expertise to help partners and the company grow.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with an average of 40 partners at a time while maintaining high service and responsiveness.
  • Must be tech-savvy and able to switch between multiple software platforms, including CRMs (HighLevel), project management tools (ClickUp), and analytics dashboards.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and directly communicate strategies and results to partners and internal teams.
