Job description

Growth & Marketing Strategy Lead

AI-Enabled Demand Generation | Narrative Strategy | Systems Leadership

Paradigm Life | Remote

Build the Future of Financial Transformation

Paradigm Life helps individuals and families build long-term financial certainty through principle-based strategies, education, and technology-enabled guidance.

We are evolving from a traditional financial services company into an AI-enabled, systems-driven organization designed to help people make clearer, more aligned financial decisions over time.

We are looking for a strategic marketing leader who can help shape that future.

This role is for a builder. Someone who can create clarity, drive demand generation, strengthen messaging, and build scalable marketing systems inside a rapidly evolving company.

The Role

You will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives that:

  • generate measurable pipeline growth,
  • strengthen market positioning,
  • improve operational efficiency,
  • and translate complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives.

This is not a coordination role.

You will operate as a strategist, operator, and execution leader responsible for driving outcomes, not simply managing activity.

What You’ll Own

Demand Generation & Campaign Strategy

Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable business growth.

Narrative & Positioning

Help shape and operationalize Paradigm Life’s messaging, positioning, and thought leadership.

AI-Enabled Marketing Operations

Implement AI-assisted workflows and systems that improve speed, quality, and scalability.

Marketing Process Leadership

Create structure, prioritization, and operational clarity across campaigns and initiatives.

Performance Optimization

Use data, attribution, and funnel insights to improve campaign effectiveness and business outcomes.

What Success Looks Like

Within the first 12 months, you will help:

  • increase marketing-sourced pipeline growth,
  • improve conversion performance across the funnel,
  • strengthen brand and messaging consistency,
  • implement scalable AI-assisted workflows,
  • and improve execution reliability across marketing operations.

What We’re Looking For

Required Experience

  • 5+ years leading multi-channel marketing initiatives
  • Experience owning measurable business outcomes
  • Strong strategic communication and messaging ability
  • Proven campaign and demand generation leadership
  • Experience operating in fast-moving or evolving environments
  • Comfort using AI tools and workflow automation in marketing

Core Traits

You:

  • think strategically and execute decisively,
  • create clarity in ambiguity,
  • communicate directly and intelligently,
  • take ownership without waiting for permission,
  • and naturally improve the systems around you.

This Role Is NOT For You If…

You:

  • need excessive direction before acting,
  • avoid accountability tied to results,
  • resist AI-enabled ways of working,
  • struggle managing competing priorities,
  • or prefer coordination over ownership.

First 90 Days

You will be expected to:

  • assess current marketing systems and campaigns,
  • identify immediate growth opportunities,
  • improve operational clarity and prioritization,
  • implement early AI-assisted workflow improvements,
  • and build a roadmap for scalable demand generation.

About Paradigm Life

Paradigm Life helps clients build financial certainty, independence, and long-term legacy through principle-based financial strategies.

We believe wealth should create freedom and alignment, not confusion or fragmentation.

We are building a technology-enabled, human-centric company designed to scale trusted guidance without sacrificing meaningful relationships or strategic thinking.

If that mission resonates deeply with you, we would welcome the conversation.

Application Process

Candidates should be prepared to discuss:

  • measurable marketing outcomes they personally drove,
  • examples of AI integration into workflows,
  • how they approach ambiguity and prioritization,
  • and how they would approach their first 90 days in this role.
