We are seeking a dynamic, analytical, and results-oriented Strategy & Transformation Manager to join our Transformation team. This high-visibility role supports the strategic design and enablement of initiatives aligned with the organization's long-term strategy. You will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team and apply your strategic toolkit to drive innovation and organizational change.
By joining the Transformation team, you will help leaders and stakeholders analyze pressing challenges, identify growth opportunities, and track measurable impact. Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Drive Strategic Initiatives: Design and execute cross-functional, enterprise-level initiatives from ideation through implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and measurable outcomes.
โ€ข Financial Modeling: Build and maintain financial and operational models to inform decision-making and business case development.
โ€ข Executive Communication: Develop compelling C-Suite storyboards and presentation materials for leadership and Board alignment.
โ€ข Strategic Planning Support: Coordinate workshops and stakeholder interviews; synthesize input to shape solutions and drive consensus.
โ€ข Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze KPIs to measure success of transformation initiatives.

Qualifications:
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
โ€ข 2+ years in strategy consulting (MBB preferred) or equivalent corporate strategy/transformation experience (Fintech or SaaS preferred).
โ€ข Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; ability to structure complex problems and generate actionable insights.
โ€ข High proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, modeling) and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx) preferred.
