Responsibilities
Proposal & RFP Leadership: Independently lead RFI/RFP development for major opportunities, owning the narrative, structure, and strategic rationale with greater autonomy than Strategy Managers.
Growth & Client Strategy Partnership: Serve as a key strategic resource for Growth and designated accounts, developing proactive recommendations that support client objectives, retention, and new business growth.
Industry Research & Thought Leadership: Conduct comprehensive industry, audience, category, and market research to inform strategic decisions, internal POVs, capabilities decks, and client-facing materials.
Operational Contribution: Help improve strategy workflows, reusable materials, templates, and AI-enabled processes that enhance Strategy and Planning team efficiency.
Presentation & Stakeholder Support: Develop and present strategic recommendations for client pitches, QBRs, and priority requests in partnership with Strategy, Planning, Growth, and Client Services.
Experience & Skills
5-8 years of experience in media, advertising, strategy, planning, programmatic, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to independently lead RFP/RFI development and manage complex strategic projects with minimal oversight.
Strong understanding of digital media, programmatic advertising, audience strategy, and omnichannel campaign planning.
Excellent research, analytical, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into compelling strategic narratives.
Proficiency in PowerPoint and/or Google Slides, with a high standard for quality and presentation design.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and operate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across Strategy, Planning, Growth, and Client Services.
Strong fluency with AI tools as part of the strategy workflow, with curiosity around light vibe coding, custom assistants, automation-building, and low-code/no-code tools as a plus.
