ADVISORY MANAGER - TRANSFORMATION
Through close partnership, we help clients bring their strategy to reality. We always start with the strategic vision; identify key capabilities required to deliver, and then design key organizational elements (including structure, ways of working, governance, and KPIs), always keeping talent and culture at the core of our approach. Our approach to change enablement embeds behavioral science to shift both individual behavior and mindset; and we orchestrate the journey carefully to ensure stakeholder engagement and alignment all along the way. Our transformation team engages across many types of transformation, including commercial model, marketing, clinical excellence, medical affairs, analytics, and technology.
What You'll Do
  • Work with clients who have broad, cross-functional responsibilities to help them make strategic choices about their business and/or transform their organization.
  • Lead large-scale organizational changes to improve performance and achieve strategic goals.
  • Lead discussions with client senior management on both client-specific matters and issues affecting the broader healthcare landscape.
  • Communicates interrelated business issues with senior executives and align stakeholders across functions.
  • Address situations without clear problem statements to find new solutions and/or disruptive innovation.
  • Structure and develop client deliverables in PowerPoint, including "telling the story" with supporting analysis in a clear and effective manner.
  • Build and nurture senior level client relationships.
  • Drive project task execution by ensuring progress, organizing project data, and coordinating team meetings and guiding and teaching more junior team members.
  • Provide thought leadership and innovation within projects, practices and clients.
  • Motivate, coach, and serve as a role model for project team members.
  • Drive business and strategy development.

What You'll Bring
  • MBA or an advanced degree in business, economics, marketing, psychology, physical or life sciences, engineering, applied math, statistics, or related fields. Alternatively, candidates may possess a PhD in life sciences, health economics, decision sciences or related field with a business application.
  • At least 4 years of post-MBA or PhD work experience; in lieu of an MBA or PhD, candidates with 8+ years of relevant work experience in a management consulting firm may be considered.
  • Prior experience with one or more areas including strategic vision articulation, organization design, capability development, talent strategy, change enablement, and transformation orchestration.
  • Demonstrated ability to build senior level relationships within client organizations and to convert those relationships to business opportunities.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills that enables personal impact with senior-level decision makers.
  • Ability to communicate interrelated business issues with senior executives, strong business intuition and ability to quickly learn and shape executive agenda.
  • Problem-solving skills to address situations without clear problem statements to find new solutions and/or disruptive innovation.
  • Client service orientation, high motivation, good work ethic, maturity, and personal initiative.
  • Aptitude for and enjoyment of leading and managing teams.
  • Enjoys fast-paced work environments, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset.
