Job description

Project Manager

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid – In-Office MWF, Remote Tues/Thurs)
Reports To: Head of Delivery & Operations
Team: Project Management

The Opportunity

Intellibright, an award-winning Google Partner agency, is looking for a detail-oriented and driven Project Manager to help lead the successful delivery of digital marketing projects for our clients. If you love turning chaos into clarity, thrive on structure, and enjoy collaborating across teams to keep things moving, this could be the role for you.

As a Project Manager, you’ll work with internal strategists, media managers, creatives, developers, and clients to ensure timelines, tasks, and deliverables stay on track—and you’ll be a key driver of operational excellence as we scale.

About Intellibright

Intellibright is a performance driven digital marketing agency built around accountability and close client partnerships. We believe that if something does not tie back to revenue, it does not matter.

Our proprietary revenue analytics connect marketing activity to pipeline, sales, and revenue across channels.

Recognized by Inc. 5000 and the Financial Times 500 as one of the fastest growing companies in the Americas five years running, Intellibright is a high performance agency headquartered in Austin, Texas.

What You Will Own
  • Manage timelines, task assignments, and deliverables across SEO, Paid Ads, Websites, Social, and Strategy projects
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations within a portfolio of multiple client accounts, ensuring projects run smoothly and meet expectations
  • Facilitate internal check-ins and client status meetings to keep everyone aligned
  • Track project milestones, update stakeholders, and escalate risks or blockers when needed
  • Maintain clean documentation, timelines, and project management tools like Jira
  • Support process improvements that help our team operate more efficiently
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and client teams to ensure seamless delivery
What Success Looks Like
  • Projects are delivered on time, on scope, and with minimal escalation
  • Timelines, task assignments, and dependencies are clearly defined and actively managed
  • Jira boards, documentation, and project plans are accurate, organized, and always up to date
  • Internal teams know exactly what is expected of them and by when
  • Client updates are clear, proactive, and confidence-building
  • Risks, blockers, and scope concerns are identified early and surfaced before they impact delivery
  • When issues arise, you bring options and recommendations, not just problems
  • Handoffs between teams are smooth, with fewer surprises and less rework
  • Meetings are efficient, purposeful, and result in clear next steps
  • The delivery process becomes more predictable and efficient over time because of your involvement
Why This Role Matters

At Intellibright, strong strategy only creates value if it is executed well.

The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that the right work moves forward at the right time, without friction or confusion. While Digital Strategists define what needs to happen and why, the Project Manager makes sure the work actually gets done, on schedule and at the level of quality our clients expect.

This role matters because it turns plans into progress. It prevents delays, reduces chaos, and creates clarity for both clients and internal teams. By keeping delivery tight and predictable, the Project Manager enables strategists, creatives, and marketers to focus on their craft, while ensuring clients experience Intellibright as organized, proactive, and reliable.

For the right person, this is an opportunity to be a critical driver of operational excellence in a high-performance agency, where execution is just as important as ideas.

Requirements

What We Are Looking For
  • 3–5 years of experience in a project management role, preferably in a marketing or agency environment
  • Strong attention to detail, with a knack for breaking big goals into bite-sized tasks
  • Excellent communication skills—you’re confident leading meetings and following up with clients and internal teams
  • Familiarity with digital marketing deliverables (e.g., SEO audits, ad campaigns, website builds)
  • Experience using project management tools like Jira
  • Ability to prioritize across multiple projects without losing momentum
  • Positive attitude and a collaborative team player
  • Must be Austin-based or willing to relocate (hybrid schedule requires in-person work 3 days/week)
  • Agency or multi client experience preferred

Benefits

Compensation and Engagement
  • Base Salary: $70K–$85K (depending on experience)
  • Healthcare: 100% paid premiums for Blue Cross Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance
  • Retirement: 401K with 5% company match
  • Time Off: 28 days of Holiday/PTO + 2 weeks of additional remote work annually

Fraud Warning: Our team will only contact you through official company email addresses or phone numbers and will conduct interviews via live video. We will never ask you to send money, purchase equipment, provide gift cards, or share any financial information.
