We're seeking a thoughtful and driven Business Strategy & Transformation team member to join our growing team. This role is designed for professionals completing their MBA who have 2-4 years of pre-MBA professional experience, preferably with a consulting firm, and are now seeking to apply their skills in strategy, planning, and overall business transformation for leading brands.
Who You'll Work With
You'll collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineering, Agentic, Strategy, Creative, Media, and Analytics teams to deliver impactful solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes for our customers. From the start, you'll have visibility with senior executives both internally and externally.
What You'll Do
  • Structure complex problems into clear, actionable solutions that you're able to see through to delivery with PMG's customers
  • Lead and support strategic, cross-functional initiatives that span multiple customers
  • Translate customer business priorities into structured recommendations and plans that influence decision-making and lead to flawless execution
  • Partner with Finance, Corporate Development, and People teams to align initiatives
  • Drive process innovation, building scalable playbooks and best practices
  • Distill large sets of information into clear insights and recommendations
  • Build relationships across PMG teams, navigating ambiguity with confidence

What You Bring
  • Will complete (or has recently completed) a full-time MBA by January 2027
  • Has 2-4 years of pre-MBA professional experience in consulting, corporate strategy or a related field
  • Demonstrates exceptional problem-structuring, analytical, and communication skills
  • Can distill complexity into clarity for senior stakeholders
  • Thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
  • Works effectively cross-functionally, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in AI, automation, and technology to elevate the quality and efficiency of work, streamline processes, and enable faster, more informed decision-making
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides/Keynote; familiarity with project management or data visualization tools is a plus
  • Is based in or willing to relocate to Dallas initially (onsite role at 2601 Olive Street, Dallas, TX) with the opportunity to move across PMG locations/offices over time
