YOUR IMPACT:

OpenText Business Network is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategy and execution for our Payment Solutions portfolio.
This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of corporate treasury and financial institutions, helping enterprises and banks modernize how they exchange payments, data, and financial transactions.

Our solutions go beyond point products. We provide a platform that combines B2B payments, financial data integration, corporate-to-bank connectivity, transaction processing, and managed services; enabling organizations to simplify operations, accelerate onboarding, and deliver new digital payment experiences at scale.

You will be the voice of the market internally and the voice of our solutions externally, working closely with product management, sales, and partner teams to drive pipeline, accelerate deals and grow market presence.


WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS:

Go-to-Market Strategy
Develop and execute go-to-market plans for OpenText's financial services and payments platform, spanning B2B payments, financial data exchange, corporate-to-bank connectivity, and managed transaction services
Define target segments, buyer personas and competitive positioning across the portfolio, including corporate treasury, financial institutions, and fintech partners
Lead product launches and market activations in close collaboration with product management and demand generation teams
Support go-to-market strategies that enable financial institutions and partners to deliver modern payment and data services to their clients

Messaging & Positioning
Craft compelling, differentiated messaging and value propositions tailored to CFOs, Treasurers, payments leaders, financial institution product teams, and their IT counterparts
Translate complex product capabilities into clear business outcomes that resonate with enterprise buyers
Translate capabilities such as connectivity, orchestration, data transformation, and payment processing into clear business value
Build narratives that connect enterprise needs with how financial institutions design and deliver payment and transaction services
Ensure consistent messaging across all channels including web, sales collateral, events and analyst communications

Sales Enablement
Build and maintain a library of high-quality sales enablement assets including pitch decks, battlecards, solution briefs and ROI tools
Train and support sales teams and channel partners on positioning, competitive differentiation and objection handling
Partner with sales on strategic deals, providing subject matter expertise and client-facing support where needed

Market & Competitive Intelligence
Monitor and analyze market trends across treasury management, corporate-to-bank connectivity and B2B payment modernization, including regulatory developments such as real-time payment mandates and ISO 20022 adoption
Expand coverage to include financial data integration, bank-led payment innovation, and digital transaction platforms
Maintain up-to-date competitive intelligence and equip the sales team to win against key competitors
Gather and synthesize client and prospect insights to continuously sharpen positioning and strategy

Thought Leadership & Demand Generation
Collaborate with content and demand generation teams to develop thought leadership assets including white papers, blogs, webinars and event presentations
Represent OpenText at industry events, client forums and analyst briefings
Support analyst relations activities with firms such as Gartner, Forrester and IDC

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

5-8 years of product marketing experience, ideally within enterprise software, fintech or B2B technology
Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following domains: payments, treasury management, financial services platforms, or banking products
Strong understanding of the corporate-to-bank ecosystem, including both enterprise treasury needs and financial institution product strategies
Proven ability to develop sharp messaging and positioning for complex, multi-stakeholder solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior audiences
Knowledge of key AI tools for content creation and how AI can support our overall GTM product strategy
Experience working in a matrixed, global organization
Familiarity with financial data integration, connectivity platforms, or managed services models
Experience marketing to or working within financial institutions, fintech platforms, or payment providers
Familiarity with payment modernization standards such as ISO 20022, SWIFT and real-time payment rails is a strong advantage
Experience with analysts, press or industry associations is a plus
