Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., ITIL, CKA) are highly desired.
  • Leadership Experience: 6+ years of proven success leading, mentoring, and cultivating high-performing, cross-functional IT operations teams.
  • Cloud Expertise: 5+ years driving the delivery of cloud-ready and cloud-native infrastructure, leveraging public cloud services (Azure experience is a significant plus).
  • Technical Acumen: Deep experience with solutions such as Endpoint Management, Networking, Infrastructure as Code (IAC), Automation, Middleware, and ITSM.
  • Compliance: Experience delivering against SOC 2 Type II or other technology compliance certifications in FinTech or Banking is highly preferred.
  • Operational Excellence: A track record of leading application technology operations, instrumenting on-call rotations, and driving automation and help-desk improvements.
  • Change Leadership: Proven ability to act as a change agent, modernizing operations with disruptive technologies and a forward-thinking mindset.
  • Communication & Organization: Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with excellent leadership and organizational abilities.

Work Location:
This role requires regular face-to-face collaboration with teams, stakeholders, and executives in Salt Lake City, Utah. We welcome local candidates, those willing to relocate, or remote professionals who can commit to regular travel.
