The Job: Strategy Manager

The Strategy Manager is a high-impact role within the Office of the CEO, focused on enterprise strategic planning, executive communications, and governance support. Working closely with the Chief of Staff and senior leadership, this role helps translate enterprise priorities into clear narratives, structured materials, and coordinated execution rhythms. It sits at the center of how strategy is communicated, aligned, and operationalized across the organization. 

How You'll Make an Impact:

Executive Communications 

  • Develop CEO- and C-level-ready materials for town halls, board updates, leadership meetings, and offsites 
  • Translate complex strategic topics into clear, structured narratives 
  • Draft briefing notes, pre-reads, and executive summaries 
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across leadership forums 

Strategic Planning & Enterprise Governance 

  • Support annual and quarterly strategic planning processes 
  • Build and maintain enterprise priority trackers 
  • Prepare structured materials to facilitate executive discussions 
  • Support preparation for key governance forums and executive committees 
  • Assist with enterprise surveys, audits, and structured cross-functional initiatives 
  • Maintain discipline in planning timelines and cross-functional commitments

What You Bring:

  • 2-5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a high-performance environment 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems and synthesize insights quickly 
  • Experience preparing materials for senior executives or board-level audiences 
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
