Collaboration often involves conducting interviews, facilitating workshops, and leading presentations to ensure all perspectives are considered in developing tailored recommendations. Job description

This role is for one of our clients
Compensation: $150-$220 per hour
We are seeking experienced Management Consulting Experts to contribute their expertise to the evaluation and improvement of next-generation AI systems. In this role, you will help assess how effectively AI models perform real-world consulting work by defining quality standards, creating structured evaluation frameworks, and reviewing consulting deliverables with expert judgment.
Rather than producing client deliverables, you will establish what exceptional consulting work looks like by designing objective grading criteria and evaluating AI-generated and human-created outputs across a variety of business scenarios. No prior AI experience is required-your consulting expertise is what matters most.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed, task-specific evaluation criteria for consulting deliverables, including market analyses, business strategies, financial models, executive presentations, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Review and score AI-generated and human-created consulting work using structured evaluation frameworks and objective quality standards.
  • Provide clear, evidence-based written justifications for every evaluation, ensuring consistency, transparency, and reproducibility.
  • Assess the quality of strategic thinking, analytical rigor, financial reasoning, executive communication, and business recommendations.
  • Collaborate with review teams to refine evaluation guidelines, improve scoring consistency, and enhance AI training datasets.
  • Incorporate structured feedback from senior reviewers and continuously improve evaluation quality and calibration.
  • Apply subject matter expertise to help AI systems better understand and generate high-quality consulting deliverables.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in management consulting or corporate strategy.
  • Experience at a leading strategy or management consulting firm, such as McKinsey & Company, Bain & Company, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), or an equivalent top-tier consulting organization.
  • Deep expertise in:
    • Structured problem-solving methodologies
    • Market sizing and market analysis
    • Financial modeling and business case development
    • Corporate strategy and strategic recommendations
    • Executive-level presentations and slide-based communication
  • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex business reasoning clearly and concisely.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to apply objective, evidence-based judgment.
  • Comfortable working in a structured review environment where evaluation quality is regularly calibrated against peers.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience with AI model evaluation, human feedback projects, or AI training initiatives.
  • Experience developing consulting methodologies, quality frameworks, or internal knowledge standards.
  • Background mentoring consultants, reviewing client deliverables, or leading engagement quality assurance.
  • Familiarity with modern AI tools and an interest in applying consulting expertise to emerging AI technologies.
Application Process
  • Submit your resume or relevant professional background for review.
  • Qualified candidates may be invited to complete a brief assessment or provide additional information related to their consulting experience.
