The Marketing Manager oversees the strategy and execution of marketing campaigns across Centuri and its operating companies, with a clear mandate to identify marketing opportunities where Centuri is not yet showing up and close that gap with innovative, modern campaign strategies. This role owns digital marketing strategy and innovation, data discovery and marketing analytics, event strategy across the enterprise, and oversees branding efforts across a portfolio of operating companies. The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted working relationships across a matrixed organization and collaborate effectively across the organization to move marketing initiatives forward and earn brand buy-in at every level. The Marketing Manager leads the Marketing Specialist and is the senior execution and strategy partner to the Director of Brand & Marketing, equally comfortable shaping the plan and making it happen. Centuri is headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. We are also open to considering qualified remote candidates located within the United States. 

What You'll Do

Digital Marketing Strategy & Innovation
   Develop digital marketing plans and deploy innovative strategies to close those gaps across channels and operating companies
   Own marketing campaigns end to end, from strategy and concept through execution, measurement, and optimization
   Stay ahead of emerging digital marketing tools, platforms, and bring forward recommendations for brand marketing optimization
   Partner with design, digital, and external vendors to produce on-brand creative assets at scale


Data Discovery & Marketing Analytics
   Leverage CRM and Sales Hub data to uncover insights that drive actionable marketing initiatives and increase engagement.
   Monitor and report on campaign and channel performance, measuring impact and modifying or amplifying initiatives based on results
   Build and maintain reporting frameworks that connect marketing activity to enterprise-level business objectives and strategy


Event Strategy
   Set event strategy across trade shows, industry conferences, and customer-facing events, with the Marketing Specialist executing event logistics
   Determine which events and opportunities warrant investment and how each event ladders up to broader marketing and brand objectives
   Review post-event reporting and translate results into recommendations for future event investment


Brand Marketing
   Oversee brand integration across Centuri's operating companies, ensuring consistent brand standards and messaging.
   Apply Centuri's brand messaging across campaigns while supporting brand governance and marketing collateral.
   Lead the Marketing Specialist, providing direction and oversight on campaign execution, event logistics, and day-to-day marketing operations
   Serve as a key point of contact for operating companies adopting and applying the brands with consistency

What You'll Have

   5-10 years of experience in marketing, with a compelling portfolio of campaign and strategy work, ideally within an industrial, infrastructure, or professional services environment
   Proven ability to identify untapped digital marketing opportunities and build a modern, scalable approach to closing them
   Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics/Sales Hub) to drive data-informed marketing decisions.
   Strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution
   Experience developing event strategies and measuring business impact.
   Demonstrated success leading brand adoption or integration efforts across multiple business units, brands, or locations
   Experience managing or mentoring direct reports
   A collaborative, detail-oriented approach and comfort working independently in a remote environment
