Job Description The Strategy Manager shapes and drives the short- and long-term commercial strategies for Globe's Commercial Group, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role involves conducting market and operational analyses, developing actionable plans, and implementing processes that boost organizational effectiveness and competitive advantage. The Strategy Manager will lead cross-functional teams in executing strategic initiatives, ensuring the organization remains agile and competitive in a dynamic market.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Development & Execution

  • Design and implement short- and long-term strategies that align with the organization's vision, mission, and objectives.

  • Analyze market trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide actionable recommendations for growth.

  • Assess the effectiveness of organizational processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Partner with business units to ensure alignment and execution of strategies, fostering communication across teams.

Performance Monitoring & KPI Management

  • Create and monitor key performance indicators to measure strategic performance and identify areas for adjustment.

  • Lead quarterly reviews of organizational performance against strategic goals, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.
