Job description

Why The King Group?

We believe in building an environment that breeds opportunity and pushes people to

become the best version of themselves. Our team sees work as more than a job; it's a career

built on passion, grit, and ambition. From achieving your own goals to lifting others up along

the way, we all rise together.

Our culture is centered on making a real impact for our clients, for each other, and for

ourselves. We help businesses grow through best-in-class digital marketing solutions, and

we're looking for someone who's ready to be a driving force behind that mission. If you love

the hunt, thrive on measurable results, and want your income to reflect your effort, The King

Group is the place for you.

Responsibilities

The Strategy Consultant is responsible for driving new revenue through outbound

prospecting, meeting generation, and closing new business. You'll turn cold prospects into

long-term clients — finding the right doors, opening them, and walking decision-makers

through what makes us worth partnering with across website builds, digital revamps, and

monthly recurring services. This role is execution-focused and activity-driven, with a

competitive base salary and uncapped commission that rewards exactly what you put in.

Prospecting & Outreach

• Execute consistent outbound prospecting daily via phone, email, text, and LinkedIn.

• Research prospects before reaching out to personalize messaging and drive engagement.

• Follow a structured multi-touch cadence.

Meeting Generation & Conversion

• Qualify prospects to ensure every scheduled meeting is high-value and sales-ready.

• Schedule, confirm, and lead discovery meetings with decision-makers.

• Track objections and collaborate with leadership to continuously sharpen your approach.

Closing & Pipeline Management

• Lead prospects confidently through discovery, proposal, and close.

• Apply urgency and value-based selling to shorten the sales cycle.

• Define clear next steps at the end of every conversation.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records and log all activity daily.

• Forecast pipeline and revenue to support team planning.

Collaboration & Growth

• Come to weekly 1:1s prepared with pipeline updates, questions, and challenges.• Share wins and strategies with peers to strengthen team performance.

• Commit to ongoing learning of our products, competitors, and evolving sales techniques.

• Embrace coaching and feedback as a path to faster growth.

Why You?

• You have 2+ years of experience in business development, outbound sales, or account

acquisition.

• You've consistently met or exceeded sales targets, and you're energized by working on a

high-performance team that holds each other accountable.

• You efficiently generate leads and genuinely enjoy developing new relationships using a

repeatable, effective sales strategy.

• You're experienced in consultative selling and can clearly articulate value to business owners

and decision-makers.

• You thrive in a team-selling environment and know how to collaborate with managers and

peers to close business.

• You are self-driven and motivated by results.

• You’re highly organized, disciplined, and skilled at managing your time across a full pipeline.

• You have experience with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.

• You have reliable transportation and are open to travel as needed.

• You are authorized to work in the United States for any employer.

Compensation & Benefits

Your compensation grows with your performance. We don't cap what's possible.

• Competitive base salary.

• 10% commission on every initial sale — uncapped.

• Accelerated earnings: $7,000 bonus on closed business beyond 7 deals in a single month.

• Additional performance bonuses, recognition, and advancement opportunities for top

performers.

• Paid holidays and unlimited PTO.

We help people achieve their goals and then some.

If that sounds like where you want to be, we'd love to hear from you.

We are an equal opportunity employer and consider all applicants without regard to race, sex, age, color, religion, national origin, veteran status, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law.
