Head of Treasury Management Product

The Head of Treasury Management Product is responsible for the strategy, development, execution, and performance of the Bank's Treasury Management product portfolio. This leader will lead a team of product managers who will define and execute a multi-year product roadmap, drive innovation across payments, receivables, liquidity, fraud prevention, and digital treasury solutions, and ensure the Bank delivers competitive, client-focused capabilities that support revenue growth, deposit acquisition, and market differentiation.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing, launching, onboarding, and commercializing new Treasury Management products and capabilities. This role serves as the bridge between strategy and execution, partnering closely with Sales, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Commercial Banking leadership to bring new solutions to market, improve client experience, and accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Treasury Management product strategy and long-term roadmap aligned with the Bank's growth objectives.

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including business case development, prioritization, implementation, launch, commercialization, and ongoing optimization.

  • Drive delivery of new products and enhancements with a focus on execution excellence, speed-to-market, and measurable business outcomes.

  • Partner with Treasury Sales and Commercial Banking leaders to increase product adoption, fee income, deposits, and client retention.

  • Evaluate market trends, client needs, emerging technologies, fintech partnerships, and competitive offerings to identify growth opportunities.

  • Engage in industry conferences, forums, and events to stay current on trends, gather market intelligence, analyze competitive treasury offerings, and identify partnerships that support product strategy.

  • Own product performance, profitability, pricing strategy, and key business metrics.

  • Ensure strong product governance and effective management of regulatory, compliance, operational, and technology risks.

  • Build and lead a high-performing product organization focused on innovation, accountability, and results.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Commercial/Corporate Treasury Product Management or Transaction Banking.

  • 5+ years leading commercial product teams, product strategy functions, or cross-functional Treasury initiatives.

  • Proven success developing, launching, and commercializing Treasury Management products and solutions.

  • Demonstrated experience building and executing strategic product roadmaps.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to drive cross-functional execution across Product, Sales, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance.

  • Deep understanding of commercial payments, liquidity management, receivables, digital channels, and treasury operations.

  • Strong understanding of commercial banking, treasury operations, and payments ecosystems.

  • Bachelor's degree required

Preferred Qualifications

  • CTP, AAP, PMP, Pragmatic Institute, Product School, Scrum/agile, or similar product, payments or treasury-related certification.

  • MBA or advanced degree.

  • Experience with real-time payments, ISO 20022, API banking, ERP integrations, embedded finance, commercial card modernization, integrated receivables, fraud analytics, or AI-enabled Treasury capabilities.

  • Experience in a regional or super-regional bank with middle market, corporate, business banking and specialty industry clients.

  • Experience managing vendor platforms, core banking interfaces, digital Treasury platforms, lockbox providers, card networks, payment processors, fintech partnerships and commercial online banking systems.
