Bring your knowledge and energy to SOPHiA GENETICS as our new Corporate Strategy Associate. Reporting to our Chief of Staff, you will have the opportunity to help shape and create SOPHiA GENETIC's long-term growth strategy.
This is a hybrid opportunity requiring 3 days on site per week in Boston, MA.

We believe that there is a smarter, more data-driven way to make decisions in healthcare SOPHiA GENETICS (NASDAQ: SOPH) combines genomics, radiomics, clinical, and other data modalities through our propriety SOPHiA DDM platform to help healthcare professionals and patients across the world in the fight against cancer and rare and inherited diseases. To help us achieve our ambitious mission, we are now searching for a Corporate Strategy Associate to join our team in Boston.
Your Mission:
  • Define our long-term growth strategy and support the development of our long-range business plan
  • Lead go-to-market strategy, commercial improvement initiatives, and growth strategy
  • Construct executive and Board-level presentations to share key insights and recommendations with company leadership
  • Lead high priority strategic projects from ideation through to implementation (e.g., pricing strategy, go-to-market planning, business transformations, organizational design, process improvement)
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (including executive-level sponsors) to drive cross-departmental initiatives to reach growth goals
  • Perform quantitative analyses and partner with executive leadership to drive quarterly and annual goal-setting

Requirements
Your Background:
  • 2-6 years experience in in a top-tier management consulting firm, investment banking, or similar corporate strategy or investment focused role
  • Exposure to working directly with c-suite stakeholders, with the ability to create executive-ready materials
  • Direct experience leading cross-functional projects through from ideation and into implementation and execution
  • A highly structured and analytical mindset, capable of breaking down complex problems into delivered execution
