We are seeking a dynamic and growth-minded individual to join us in the role of MBA Full Time Associate - Strategy & Operations. You'll play a key role on our Strategy & Operations team, leading cross-functional initiatives, key projects, and ambitious goals. 

This is a full-time, onsite opportunity based at our Dallas headquarters (The Link, 2601 Olive Street). Join a team where talented people, data-driven insights, and continuous innovation come together to shape the future of digital commerce.

What You'll Do

Your work will draw from areas like:

  • Translating high-level organizational priorities into actionable projects, workstreams, and implementation plans.
  • Leading complex, cross-functional programs and ensuring teams remain aligned around strategic objectives, milestones, and outcomes.
  • Designing and implementing scalable business processes, operating models, and organizational structures.
  • Analyzing complex data sets and developing business cases, strategic recommendations, and executive-ready presentations.
  • Identifying strategic and operational risks and developing proactive mitigation plans to keep initiatives on track.
  • Identifying opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve productivity, decision-making, and business operations.
  • Partnering with leaders across Finance, Operations, Technology, People & Culture, and our portfolio companies to execute enterprise priorities.
Qualifications

We're looking for someone who:

  • Will graduate in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027 from a full time MBA program
  • Has hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to solve real business problems and naturally incorporates AI into their daily workflow while staying current with emerging technologies.
  • Has approximately 2+ years of relevant full time experience
  • Demonstrates exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic insights and business recommendations.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and can effectively prioritize competing initiatives while maintaining a high standard of execution.
  • Builds strong relationships and collaborates effectively across diverse teams, influencing outcomes without relying on formal authority.
  • Is based in or willing to relocate to Dallas and work full-time, onsite.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working at a Big 4 firm, or equivalent experience in corporate strategy, business operations, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data and visualization tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive execution without direct authority.

The base salary range for this position may vary based on location. Actual compensation will be determined by role, level, and location, considering additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to the base salary, candidates may be eligible to receive a discretionary annual bonus, determined based on both the company's business performance and individual contributions.
