About the team: The Global E-commerce Resource Management team for TikTok Shop plays a critical role in driving scalable growth across our international markets. The team operates at the center of global planning and resource allocation, partnering closely with regional leaders to ensure investments are deployed effectively and aligned with business priorities. We are looking for a resource planning & analytics associate for our newly formed global resource management team. Role & Responsibilities: - Lead the development and continuous improvement of global ROI frameworks for TikTok Shop, ensuring consistent definitions, methodologies, and reporting standards across regions. - Conduct strategic analysis and research on global resource management topics, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, prioritization, and capital allocation. - Work closely with regional resource management leads and cross-functional stakeholders to implement global standards and drive operational excellence. - Prepare clear strategy documents, analytical reports, and executive-level materials to support decision-making and communicate insights to leadership. - Act as a key coordination point across global teams, facilitating alignment and driving initiatives from concept through implementation. - Operate effectively in a global, fast-paced environment, collaborating with stakeholders across multiple time zones.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - 5+ years experience of strategy, analysis, or finance at leading tech companies. Experience in e-commerce and marketplaces, or experience in resource management is a plus. - Familiarity with financial analysis and ROI calculations. - Proven ability to coordinate across regions and stakeholders, driving alignment and execution in a global organization. - Experience working with leadership, with a proactive mindset and the ability to independently drive initiatives forward. - Strong written communication and documentation skills, including the ability to produce clear strategy papers, frameworks, and analytical reports. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in areas such as resource planning, ROI analysis, business strategy, or operations. - Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-changing environment with global teams.

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $151050 - $273600 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
