At KPMG in Canada, our people bring their unique perspectives to Canada’s most important challenges. Here, you can build momentum that reaches beyond our business, develop skills for the future, and take ownership of your career with support at every stage. Join a firm where your career can make a difference.

Are you a talented individual with a proven track record on executing project deliverables.

KPMG’s Infrastructure, Capital Projects & Sustainability practice is a dynamic and multidisciplinary team that supports clients across the full lifecycle of infrastructure and capital projects. Our national team has deep expertise that is respected and sought after by clients across the country and in all major infrastructure sectors, including conventional power, renewables, transport, water, waste, and social infrastructure.  Working at KPMG, you will have the ability to work with our country-wide network of professionals and deliver positive outcomes for our clients on nationally significant projects.

    • Strategic planning and organizational transformation
  • Collaborate with senior executives and stakeholders to understand their needs and co-develop tailored solutions
  • Prepare concise and insight-generating materials, and lead working sessions and workshops with client teams on nuanced and complex topics related to corporate governance, benefits realization, and strategic direction of an organization
  • Synthesize complex and sometimes-contradicting interests and inputs from interested parties into executable options or pathways forward
  • Navigate an organization’s legacy and current operating realities to advise on viable options to proceed
  • Bring cross-functional and innovative solutions to clients
  • Manage project teams and deliverables, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture
  • Lead in marketing and business development including proposal preparation and the development of client relationships

What you bring to the role
  • Bachelor’s and or masters degree in business, economics, public policy, or a related field (relevant post-secondary degrees considered but not mandatory)
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
