Data Analytics Manager

Lead global data strategy. Shape how decisions get made.
As Data Analytics Manager, you'll have the opportunity to work directly with senior leadership, shape Sensient's global data strategy, and be hands-on in turning that strategy into action. You'll lead Sensient's global Business Intelligence practice, influence how data informs enterprise-wide decisions, and turn complex data into insights that drive real business performance. You'll own critical BI, data warehousing, and reporting capabilities while helping build a more agile, data-driven organization.
This is a role where you won't just report on the business-you'll help shape how decisions get made.
What you'll do
  • Ensure IT architecture, standard, and technologies support global business and corporate needs, enabling teams to work efficiently and achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate across the organization to identify infrastructure needs, prioritize incentives, and deliver measurable results on time and within budget.
  • Understand complex organization challenges, apply strong industry and functional expertise, and adapt priorities and solutions as needed.
  • Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, accountability, and open communications; remove obstacles, resolve conflicts, and lead the IT team with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
  • Provide expert guidance on the selection, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation of IT infrastructure, telecommunications, hardware, software, monitoring, and backup solutions across supporting organizations, while participating in technology contract negotiations.
  • Provide senior leadership with regular reports on information systems, performance, and costs, highlighting keys issues and areas requiring attention.

What you'll bring
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related field, with 5+ years of IT experience; consumer products or food manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Experience managing and supporting Business Intelligence and enterprise reporting environments, including hybrid in-hours and outsourced services.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Business Intelligence, SSRS, and/or Cognos preferred.
  • Strong customer focus, communication, teamwork, and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvements, apply best practices, and lead teams toward shared goals.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally, up to 10% of the time.

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $185,000. Pay within the range is based on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, education, work experience, specialized training, and labor market conditions.
