Job description

Purpose and ScopeThe Commercial Analytics, Manager, will lead brand analytics for Tolmar’s Breast Cancer medicines. They will be responsible for leading development of commercial reporting, building the annual forecast for the brand, and developing quarterly incentive compensation plans. The Manager, Commercial Analytics, will be the main point of contact for all analytics needs of the general manager of the Oncology business unit.Essential Duties & Responsibilities Primary analytics strategic partner of the general manager of the Oncology business unit.
  • Refine multiple large source data sets into concise, useful, and meaningful management reports, with an emphasis on providing timely and accurate answers to key business questions.
  • Work with the business unit’s general manager and sales leadership to develop gross and net revenue forecasts. Track performance against these forecasts and perform analysis to understand performance.
  • Identify, research, and modify variances to forecast by changing business and market conditions and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support strategic forecast initiatives designed to improve quality of the forecast and close the identified gaps.
  • Work with leadership to develop Sales Incentive Plans. Measure and Track Sales Incentive performance throughout the year.
  • Assist with special projects as required.

Compensation

Tolmar compensation programs are focused on equitable, fair pay practices, including market-based base pay and a strong benefits package. The final compensation offered may vary from the posted range based on the selected candidate's qualifications and experience.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $140,000 and $185,000 however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/26 through 12/31/26, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to, geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
