We are seeking a Manager, Oracle Fusion Analytics to lead the design, delivery, and governance of analytics and reporting across our core Finance functions, with a primary focus on Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (PTP). This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Data, and Technology, translating business needs into trusted, decision-ready insights built on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and its analytics ecosystem (Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse / Fusion Data Intelligence, OTBI, and BI Publisher).
  • Location/TimeZone (On-site): TN-Nashville (Preferred) or NYC, onsite full time; occasional travel to key office locations required domestic and possible Budapest
  • Hours: May have to adjust their hours to support Budapest as needed, 8 to 5pm or 9 to 6pm depending on their location, Flexibility may be required to account for team members in different time zones.

Responsibilities:
  • Support Oracle Fusion analytics and reporting. Looking to stand up traditional metrics for OTC and PTP for managing the Oracle Fusion platform, they should have a blend of understanding the backend tech of Oracle Fusion as well as knowledge of OTC and PTP, do not need to know how to code, but enough to understand the framework to gather the functional requirements in pulling the data and translating it with technical team members with Fusion.
  • Truly techno-functional role (leaning 60% functional, 40% tech).
  • There will be a group of analysts who will support these Manager roles, but they will not be the primary supervisor of the analysts.

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in finance analytics, business intelligence, or ERP reporting, including 2+ years in a leadership or team-lead capacity.
  • Hands-on expertise with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and its analytics tools: Fusion Analytics Warehouse / Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), OTBI, and BI Publisher.
  • Strong functional understanding of OTC and PTP processes and their underlying Oracle Fusion data (AR, AP, Procurement, GL subledgers).
  • Proficiency in SQL and data modeling; experience with dashboards and data visualization best practices.
  • Proven ability to translate Finance requirements into analytics solutions and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion implementations, upgrades, or analytics migrations.
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., OCI, Snowflake, Azure) and ETL/integration tools.
  • Knowledge of working-capital optimization and finance transformation initiatives.
  • Relevant Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Fusion Analytics / Cloud ERP).
  • Experience supporting month-end close, controllership, or FP&A reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will own the analytics roadmap for OTC and PTP, lead a team of analysts and report developers, and partner closely with process owners to drive working-capital, controllership, and operational performance.
Analytics Strategy & Delivery
  • Own and execute the analytics and reporting roadmap for the OTC and PTP process areas within Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
  • Translate Finance business requirements into scalable data models, dashboards, and self-service reporting using Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse / Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), OTBI, and BI Publisher.
  • Define and maintain a single source of truth for OTC and PTP metrics, ensuring consistency across operational and management reporting.
  • Establish data governance, semantic definitions, and KPI standards in partnership with Finance and IT.
Order-to-Cash (OTC) Focus
  • Deliver analytics across the full OTC lifecycle: credit, billing/invoicing, collections, cash application, deductions/disputes, and revenue.
  • Define the metrics, develop the underlying calculations, and configure the reporting in Oracle Fusion for DSO, aging, collection effectiveness (CEI), disputes, write-offs, and billing accuracy to drive working-capital improvement.
  • Partner with AR, Credit, and Collections leaders to surface actionable insights and support cash-flow forecasting.
  • Deliver analytics across the full PTP lifecycle: requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, invoice processing, approvals, and payments.
  • Define the metrics, develop the underlying calculations, and configure the reporting in Oracle Fusion for DPO, invoice cycle time, touchless/automation rates, on-time payment, early-payment discounts captured, and duplicate-payment risk.
  • Partner with AP, Procurement, and Sourcing leaders to improve spend visibility, supplier performance, and payment optimization.
Procure-to-Pay (PTP) Focus
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts and report developers; set priorities and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Act as the analytics liaison between Finance process owners, IT/ERP teams, and data engineering.
  • Lead requirements-gathering sessions and manage a backlog of reporting and analytics requests with clear prioritization.
  • Promote data literacy and self-service adoption across Finance, reducing reliance on manual and ad hoc reporting.
