We are looking for a visionary Head of Planning to own our global Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and lead our Workforce Planning business.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between the Visier solution and influencing our customer strategic workforce plans. You will be responsible for defining how Visier builds and scales its planning solutions in the market, driving revenue growth, and leading the workforce planning consulting team that helps enterprise customers transition from static plans to living, continuous workforce strategies. If you are a strategic leader with a strong POV on strategic workforce planning (SWP), enterprise change management, and scaling Strategic Workforce Planning GTM functions, this is your opportunity to shape the industry standard.
What You Will Deliver:
Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy & Market Ownership
  • Own the GTM Strategy: Define, execute, and evolve the global market strategy for Visier's Workforce Planning solutions including driving pipeline, adoption, and revenue growth.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Solutions and Success to ensure Visier Workforce Planning aligns with market demand and customer demand.
Team Leadership & Practice Excellence
  • Lead the Advisory Function: Manage, mentor, and scale a team of Workforce Planning Advisory Consultants who deliver end-to-end strategic programs for enterprise customers.
  • Set the Standard: Establish and continuously optimize the consulting methodology, standards, and best practices for customer engagements (including process mapping, workshops, and change management).
  • Operational Governance: Oversee cross-organizational collaboration (Project Managers, Data/BI Consultants, Development, and Support) to ensure successful implementations leading to customer success and retention.
Customer Success & Executive Sponsorship
  • Executive Advocacy: Serve as the executive face of critical customer engagements, setting expectations, aligning stakeholders, and building lasting relationships with C-suite and HR/Finance executives.
  • Champion the Customer Voice: Channel field insights, customer feedback, and domain knowledge back into the Product and Development teams to continuously enrich Visier's technology.
What You Will Bring To The Table:
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience leading Workforce Planning, management consulting, or enterprise software delivery within the HR tech, Finance, or Workforce Planning domains.
  • Leadership Background: Proven track record of managing and scaling a software and/or services business catering to large enterprises (5,000+ employees).
  • Domain Expertise: A strong point of view on modern Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) practices, financial/workforce model behavior, and talent analytics.
  • Future Looking: Deep understanding of workforce transformation initiatives, specifically around how AI, automation, skills-gap analysis, and job redesign impact organizational design.
  • Change Management : Strong ability to guide enterprise clients through the changes required to move from static planning to a distributed, continuous planning environment.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial and technical concepts beautifully to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to support global initiatives and key customer accounts (primarily Europe and North America).
