Job description

Meta's Global Business Group is looking for a Client Solutions Manager to support advertisers in leveraging Meta's advertising platform to achieve their business objectives. In this role, you will work alongside sales partners to build trusted relationships with clients and agencies, translating business goals into data-driven media strategies across Meta's family of apps and services. You will develop expertise in Meta's advertising products, measurement solutions, and performance marketing best practices to deliver consultative guidance that drives measurable outcomes for partners.
Client Solutions Manager Responsibilities:
  • Support a portfolio of advertiser accounts by identifying opportunities to optimize campaign performance across Meta's advertising platform
  • Partner with sales teams to develop and execute strategic account plans that drive revenue growth and client satisfaction
  • Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to generate actionable insights and present recommendations to clients and agency partners
  • Serve as a product consultant, educating clients and agencies on Meta's advertising solutions, targeting capabilities, and measurement tools
  • Manage day-to-day account operations including campaign troubleshooting, account setup, and escalation resolution
  • Design and track media and measurement experiments, analyze results, and communicate findings to business stakeholders
  • Build presentations and narratives that translate complex data into clear, compelling stories for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing science, and creative strategy to deliver integrated solutions for clients
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to grow investment and deepen partnerships
  • Contribute to team knowledge by sharing best practices, client learnings, and platform insights across the broader organization

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in online advertising, digital media, or performance marketing
  • Experience analyzing data from quantitative and qualitative sources and translating findings into actionable business recommendations
  • Experience managing client or agency relationships in an advertising or media context
  • Experience communicating data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams to deliver on shared business goals

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with attribution modeling, media mix measurement, or brand lift methodologies
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
  • Experience designing and interpreting A/B testing or media experimentation frameworks in an advertising context
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Experience working with Fortune 1000 or multi-channel advertisers on performance marketing strategy
  • Experience with Meta's advertising platform, including campaign management, audience targeting, and measurement solutions
