  • Perform market research and competitive landscape review to identify product gaps, market positioning opportunities, and potential strategic partners.
    Client Engagement & Relationships
  • Establish direct relationships with clients.
  • Engage in demonstrations, presentations, and discussions with clients on products, both pre- and post-sales.
  • Support business development and regional offices with client product discussions, issue escalation, questions, enhancement requests, and ongoing client visits.
    Execution & Delivery
  • Develop themes and initiatives, epics and features in collaboration with internal teams and clients; write high-level user stories and mentor PM team on sprint-level user stories, feature/bug prioritization, acceptance criteria, testing, and documentation.
  • Participate in and/or coordinate sprint demos; personally verify functionality against Definition of Done.
  • Lead prioritization and investigation of client-reported issues for assigned features; coordinate weekly product status meetings.
    Technical & Process Expertise
  • Develop technical expertise in features/models to perform sophisticated risk analyses using CRS's technology for insurers, brokers, and financial intermediaries in the catastrophe risk management space.
  • Advocate for PM best practices and process improvements; regularly communicate with PM Leads on business cases, Epics, etc.
  • Envision how AI tools can help us deliver better products and services
