Job Summary: 

To formulate Market analysis (size, trends, opportunities to grow, market share, competitive analysis) and market growth strategy.  

  • Serving as the primary contact for all pricing activities globally
  • Responsible for revenue generation & margin management on Op-amps, LDOs, Logic, EEPROM, Opto Coupler products
  • Responsible for all pricing activities to include, Quote response, Contract negotiations, Regional Purchase agreements. 
  • Responsible for maintaining Pricing Curve and COGS review / updates
  • Demand forecasting and inventory management 
  • Developing relevant customer purchasing manager relationships

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business and Marketing
  • 5+ years' experience in semiconductor, with power and analog product experience
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing pricing strategies across several geographies.
  • Experience in working with direct customers & distribution channels.
  • Excellent written & verbal communications skills.
  • Strong in data warehouse and MS office tools
  • Self-driven, Strong work ethic and Positive attitude
  • Willingness to travel.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all pricing activities to include product quote activity, contract negotiations, and variable purchases agreement negotiations
  • In charge of all maintained onsemi pricing tools, responsible for all updates and changes.
  • Responsible for revenue growth activities and overall margin control to meet Division objectives
  • Responsible for all QBR activities with our Distribution partners to include product marketing updates and training.
  • Responsible for communication to onsemi sales team on all updates and changes to our Division pricing strategies
  • Responsible for collecting market and competitor analysis from our Distribution partners
  • Responsible for creation and presentation of current pricing activities and their status
