Description

Position Responsibilities:

The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) will support Program Accounts onboarded by Leadership and the Major Account team by handling the daily end-to-end workflow of the application origination process. There will also be a period in which the Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for documentation and funding of Trio's Working Capital and Business Advance contracts. The end-to-end processing of Program Accounts will include application entry in Trio's Application Portal, delivering Credit Decisions to the Program Vendor and documentation and funding of the approved contracts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with the key application decision makers within the account
  • Communicate and promote Trio's programs and service levels to key decision makers and influencers
  • Close for applications with account decision makers and sales reps
  • Verify and screen prospective customers to ensure alignment with Trio's credit appetite
  • Enter credit applications and create documents via Trio's Portal
  • Make timely responses on credit decisions and information requests
  • Responsible for pull-through on program accounts, including creating quotes, entering applications, generating documents, and obtaining the necessary information from the vendor and/or customer to fund the transaction
  • Conduct critical review of fraud checks and ensure compliance procedures are followed to process
  • Build relationships and offer exceptional service to our Major Accounts to ensure continued flow of business
  • Proactively communicate with Major Accounts to expand relationships with key players and customers
  • Work with support departments on any customer service, collection, accounting or servicing related topics, including NSF, Title, Insurance and other servicing items
  • Communicate with Trio leadership on any trends, pertinent program information, or market intelligence to help protect and grow our originations with the respected program
