The Technical Partner Manager Nordics will conduct technical assessments, design service blueprints, and manage relationships with partners to enhance their service portfolios and drive growth.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct technical assessments and recommend how partners can build/enhance service portfolios; guide strategic service expansion across all delivery models
• Design customized service blueprints, SLAs, and delivery models tailored to partner capabilities and customer demand
• Run workshops and knowledge-transfer sessions—helping partner teams get certified and confident on our platform
• Be the trusted technical advisor; conduct quarterly business reviews, site visits, and ongoing strategic check-ins
• Collaborate with channel managers, presales, and delivery teams to support partners and unlock technical opportunities
• Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape; bring insights to inform partner and product strategy
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3-5+ years in technical partnership roles, solution architecture, presales engineering, or customer-facing technical delivery
• Real experience engaging with partners across diverse service delivery models
• Good knowledge of modern cybersecurity solutions (endpoint, cloud, network, SIEM/SOAR, threat intelligence, compliance)
• Comfortable with APIs, cloud infrastructure, and IT operations fundamentals
• Excellent communication skills—you can explain complex security architecture and service strategy to both technical and business stakeholders
• Fluent English
Preferred:
• Hands-on experience designing managed security services (MDR, SOC, incident response)
• Experience with TrendAI Vision One platform
• Experience with helping partners transition from product reselling to service-based business models
• Good network in cybersecurity community
