Sales Leadership & Team Development

  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop Business Development Reps to achieve sales and profitability objectives.
  • Establish clear performance expectations, goals, and accountability measures for team members.
  • Conduct regular coaching, ride-alongs, performance reviews, and developmental training.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on customer acquisition, revenue growth, and operational excellence.
  • Support succession planning and talent development initiatives.

Territory & Market Development

  • Develop and execute territory growth strategies to increase market share and profitability.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within assigned markets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive activity, customer buying patterns, and pricing strategies.
  • Drive customer acquisition while expanding FleetPride's presence with existing accounts.
