Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to play a key role in driving growth across our contract manufacturing, custom services, and product portfolio within the diagnostics and biopharma R&D markets. This role is designed for a strategic and customer-focused professional who can identify new opportunities, grow key accounts, and translate market needs into business results.

To Be Considered for This Position, Candidates Must Have the Following Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred

Experience: 10 years of related experience in business development or sales

4 or more years of experience in medical device, microbiology diagnostics, food, pharmaceutical, or clinical laboratory supply sales

Strong experience building and growing key accounts and developing strategic sales plans

Ability to analyze markets, competition, and pricing to guide business decisions

Preferred: Experience in virology, vaccine development, infectious disease diagnostics, or related markets
